There are no costs to you to have a Buyer's Agent represent you for your new home purchase at Banning Lewis Ranch Northtree, as our service fees are paid by the builders and are a cost of sale already bundled into the price of the new home (regardless if you use a Buyer's Agent or not). For out of state buyers, another advantage of a Buyer's Agent is having a local contact person to keep track of the build progress, take photos, and help minimize the chances of flying/driving out for either inspections or the actual closing when things aren't quite ready yet for that to happen.
