Boulder tops in home appreciation in Colorado, an article from The Denver Business Journal, reports that Boulder homes appreciated 4.11% in the first quarter of this year, up from 1.73% a year earlier.  Colorado Springs homes appreciated 0.30%, down from 3.97% last year.  Home prices in the Denver-Aurora MSA increased 0.90%, compared to a rise of 0.83% a year earlier.  The Fort Collins-Loveland area remained unchanged with an appreciation rate of 0.89%.
