Minco building purchased for
$2.2 million,

that GB2 855 Aeroplaza LLC
purchased a
50,000-square-foot 50,000-square-foot
industrial and manufacturing
building that houses the
Minco Manufacturing
operation for $2.2 million.
Randy Dowis of NAI Highland
Commercial Group said,
“Leasing velocity is pretty
low and there are fewer
owner-users interested in
buying right now, but
investors with the cash to
invest are still buying.”
He stated that manufacturing
has made a steady resurgence
throughout the area. Dowis
added, “Those who have
weathered earlier downturns
are doing well, and there’s
expansion within our current
industrial base. Many seem
to be hiring — we’re going
in the right direction.”
